Where is my stuff stored?

Espacio Nítido’s facility is located in San Bartolo, Antigua. The facility is dry & clean and features 24-hour security.

What is the minimum amount of time I can store my items with you?

Month-to-month contracts are fine with us. We do ask for a three-month initial contract. We do offer shorter-term options on a case-by-case basis. 

Can I use my own box instead of the Nítido box? 

We like our space...Nítido. As such, we have designed shelving around the size of our specific Nítido box. While you can use your own boxes for storage, we will likely use the Equipo Option pricing formula to determine your monthly fees. The other option is for you to rent a shelf (or shelves) for your own boxes.

How do I know my stuff is safe?

In addition to the security of the facility, you can also choose to seal your boxes with coded security fasteners that will ensure that no one tampers with any of your items. There is no cost for these security seals. Additionally, each box is insured for up to $100.

Are the Nítido boxes free? 

Yes. Use of the Nítido box is free. Let us know how many you need and we will drop them off. Just let us know when you are ready for us to pick them up. When we return your items, you can return the Nítido box or purchase them for Q150 each. 

What if I need something out of my box? 

If at any point you need something out of your box, just let us know. You can schedule a time with us when you stop by the facility (located in San Bartolo, Antigua) to retrieve items. We do have some limits to the number of times per month (1) that this is available without charge.

We also have a drop-off and pickup service. Please inquire about pricing for that service.

What is the geographic range of your drop-off and pick-up service?

Our pickup and dropoff service for the boxes is Antigua and includes Jocotenango, Ciudad Vieja, Santa Ana, San Pedro las Huertas, and San Juan del Obispo. 

Can I store items that do not fit in a box (bikes, furniture, etc.)?

Of course. We will calculate the cost based on square meters. Please send us a description with photos so we can provide you with a price.

We do not offer pickup/dropoff service for this, so the client needs to organize their own transport.
